Paul C. Wachter…………President, Taylor & Martin Enterprises, Inc.
PictureMr. Wachter has been with the company since June 1981and became a regional salesman in 1986. He became a partner and was appointed as the President, Taylor & Martin Enterprises, Inc. in September 2000 and served as the Chief Executive Office and Chairman of the board until March 2007. Mr. Wachter oversees all aspects of operations for Taylor & Martin, Inc. and subsidiaries. He is also a member of the Compensation Committee. In addition, he is a trustee for the company Profit-Sharing Plan. He is personally involved, on a daily basis, with sales transactions, contract negotiations, auction logistics and works closely with the President, Taylor & Martin, Inc. – Auctioneers. Before being appointed as the President in September 2000, he was a regional salesman with the company for 14 years and was personally responsible for sales in excess of $132M over that period. Taylor & Martin, Inc. – Auctioneers had record sales of $151M in 2004 under his leadership as President.


Mark E. Fort………….Chief Executive Officer, Taylor & Martin Enterprises, Inc. Vice President, Preferred Leasing, Inc.
PictureMr. Fort retired from the United States Marine Corps in 1998 and joined the company July of that year. He was appointed as the Senior Executive Vice President, Taylor & Martin Enterprises, Inc. and is responsible for administration, information systems, appraisal services, auction office management, marketing & advertising, risk management, human resources, profit-sharing, group benefits, aviation, facilities and safety. In September 2000, he became a partner and was appointed a member of the board of directors and serves on the Compensation Committee. In March 2007, He was appointed Chief Executive Office and Chairman of the Board, Taylor & Martin Enterprises, Inc. In addition, he is a trustee for the company Profit-Sharing Plan and is the Vice President for Preferred Leasing, Inc., a subsidiary of Taylor & Martin Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Fort has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and a Masters Degree in Military Arts & Science.


J. Jessup Wilson……….Chief Financial Officer, Taylor & Martin Enterprises, Inc. President, Preferred Leasing, Inc.
PictureAfter practicing several years with an accounting firm and later a law firm in Nebraska, Mr. Wilson joined the company in 1996 as the Controller. He became a partner and was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer in September 2000 and President of Preferred Leasing, Inc., a subsidiary of Taylor & Martin Enterprises, Inc. He is responsible for all accounting functional areas, banking relationships, and financial audits. Mr. Wilson has instituted numerous financial controls which improved operating margins, drastically reduced expenses and maximized utilization of cash flow which have resulted in record profits over the last several years. Also, in September 2000, he was appointed a member of the Board of Directors and serves on the Compensation Committee. In March 2007, he was appointed the Vice Chairman of the Board, Taylor & Martin Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Wilson has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Juris Doctorate.


Timothy J. Moore………President, Taylor & Martin, Inc. – Auctioneers
PictureAfter working several years as a salesman in the automotive industry, Mr. Moore was hired as a regional salesman for the company in March 1988 and was personally responsible for company sales in excess of $120M by June 2000. In September 2000, he became a partner and was appointed as the Vice President of Sales, East and a member of the Board of Directors for Taylor & Martin Enterprises, Inc. He was responsible for training and coordination of the sales force within the eastern half of the United States which has shown a marked increase in gross sales over the last several years. He is responsible for assigning regional salesman to specific territories, negotiating contracts, and supervising auction operations within his national area of responsibility. In March 2007, he was appointed as the President, Taylor & Martin, Inc. – Auctioneers. He has executive oversight of all aspects of auction operations, manpower, and logistics.


James M. Conrad……………Vice President, Taylor & Martin, Inc. – Auctioneers
PictureAfter working with the trucking industry for several years with companies such as Sapp Brothers, Mr. Conrad joined the company in September 1984 and worked in auction operations and logistics for several years. In September 1994, he became a regional salesman and was personally responsible for company sales in excess of $55M by June 2000. In September 2000, Mr. Conrad became a partner and was appointed as the Vice President of Sales, West and a member of the Board of Directors Taylor & Martin Enterprises, Inc. He was responsible for assigning regional salesman to specific territories, negotiating contracts, and supervising auction operations within his national area of responsibility. In March 2007, He was appointed the Vice President, Taylor & Martin, Inc. – Auctioneers. He is responsible for training, management of the national sales force and auction operations.
