All the equipment sells to the highest bidder. No bid-ins or reserves. Everything sells “as is”, “where is”. The final bidder is required to pay for purchase regardless of its faults. The condition and serviceability of any piece of equipment is expressed only by the owners and absolutely no warranty or guarantee is given or implied. Please contact the auctioneers at the auction site for updated information. Announcements made the day of the auction will take precedence over this message or any printed material.
Terms
Complete payment is due the day of the sale by cash, certified or cashier's check. Personal or company checks will be accepted if accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee from your bank. All purchases are subject to verification with your bank or financial institution. Immediate possession of all equipment upon proper settlement. A one percent (1.00%) transaction fee will be charged to the buyer for all purchases. Titles will be mailed.
