The following forms* may be used to provide detailed equipment specifications to your sales representative for pre-auction equipment representation.

Please print and complete the form as accurately as possible. Forms can be faxed to 402-941-1516 or emailed to your local sales representative.

Taylor & Martin conducts auctions on a weekly basis, so it is very important that the auction information be completely filled in - auction date, city and state. Make sure to include your complete contact information also for follow up questions.
