Internet Fees
2.5% Internet Purchase Fee charged on all online purchases up to $40,000.00. Any purchases exceeding $40,000.00 will be charged a flat rate of $1,000.00/unit. 2% Transaction Fee also applies. No buyer’s premium, unless otherwise noted on the lot.
