  • A copy of your Limited Warranty
  • The ability to find repair facilities anywhere in the country
  • Allow you to directly file a claim
  • Follow along in the claims process

  • This 60-Day Limited Warranty covers engine mechanical breakdown due to normal mechanical failure. Coverage includes many internal engine components such as pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, cylinder heads, oil pump components, and related parts.
    • Coverage is subject to:
      • A $10,000 aggregate limit
      • A maximum labor rate of $175/hour
      • Starting mileage limits based on vehicle class
      • This limited warranty is non transferrable.

  • Coverage begins on the vehicle purchase date through the Taylor and Martin Auction and ends either:
    • 60 days have passed, or
    • 20,000 miles have been driven, whichever comes first.
  • If your truck experiences a mechanical breakdown:
    • Stop operating the vehicle to prevent additional damage.
    • If you need assistance in finding a repair facility, use your portal login to find our extensive list of Preferred (PRP) and Certified facilities in and around your area.
    • If (by chance) there is not a listed facility close by, you are free to utilize any OEM or ASE certified facility in your area.
      • Like choosing any other repair facility, you’ll want to confirm that they are both available and able to work on your unit.
    • Inform your chosen repair facility that you have NTP Vehicle Service Contract and confirm that they are able and willing to work directly with NTP throughout the claim and repair process.
    • Give your chosen repair facility the authorization to inspect the failure to your truck to determine what the cause of failure is.
      • We do require that all claims have prior authorization before the repair itself begins to be considered for coverage.
  • PRP shops offer additional advantages to Certified Shops, including:
    • PRP offers discounted hourly labor rates and part pricing
    • Faster approvals process as they are familiar with our claims process, which could mean a faster turnaround for repairs.
    • Automated Approval Process on select claims.
    • For as long as you are an NTP or Premium 2000 customer.
  • A Certified Repair Facility has been authorized to complete repairs under your Vehicle Service Contract. However:
    • They do not offer the same benefits as the PRP.
    • NTP does not guarantee any repairs for a certified repair facility.
  • Apple: To add a website to your iPhone Home Screen, open the site in Safari, tap the Share button (square with an upward arrow), scroll down, and select Add to Home Screen. You can then name the icon and tap "Add" to place it on your screen for quick, app-like access.
  • Android: To add a webpage to your Android home screen, open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, and select "Add to Home screen." You can rename the icon, then tap "Add" to place it, providing quick one-tap access to your favorite websites.
  • Once the repair facility submits all required documentation:
    • All claims are reviewed in an expedited manner, as we understand downtime impacts the livelihood of the owner/driver; however, the timeframe can vary depending on the complexity of the failure and when the final documentation is received from the repair facility.
  • Your deductible is paid directly to the repair facility once the repairs are completed. Any non covered charges are also your responsibility. (Paid on each new claim)
